Job summary

Perform a wide variety of functions related to maintaining inventory accuracy and improving efficiency within the distribution center.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform order adjustments (repicks).
• Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in the Problem Resolution (Orders) program.
• Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed.
• Print and apply location labels.
• Request repairs and replacements for RF and Vocollect units.
• Review and research reports to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate large inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
• Handle stray parts processing.
• Correct item numbers and locations in LogPro.
• Audit outbound and inbound license plates daily.
• Reconcile damage locations and perform damage control.
• Manage relabeling and changeover projects.
• Assist with slotting jobs and maintain rule sets.
• Help ensure accurate dimensional data and safe weight processes.
• Perform factory stock adjustments, lifts, sweeps, and recalls.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly inventory of critical items.
• Perform quarterly location audits and returns verification.
• Support shipping accuracy and shrink goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Train new team members and convey procedural updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required:

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of WMS and DC operations
