Job summary

Boot Barn in Fontana, CA is seeking a DC Maintenance Technician to maintain safety and reliability in the Distribution Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, support safety programs, and handle repairs across warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years in facilities or warehouse work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of light construction, facilities, or warehouse experience.
• Valid class C driver's license.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck).
• Basic electrical knowledge and aptitude to learn mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety and ensure OSHA/compliance in the distribution center.
• Oversee safety procedures, recordkeeping, and training for staff on equipment.
• Inspect and repair warehouse equipment, conveyors, and vehicles as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance with supervisors and sustain preventative maintenance records.
• Manage badge system and assist with safety changes in regulations.
