Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking aMaintenance Technician to maintain facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient condition across distribution centers.

You will read manuals, troubleshoot electrical systems, perform building maintenance, and collaborate with teams to complete work orders and ensure MP2 compliance. The role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with multiple shifts and locations available.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage (AC/DC).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and repair forklifts, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform general maintenance across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Use diagnostic electrical tools and meters for AC/DC testing.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to coordinate maintenance.
• Mentor/train technicians; coordinate with vendors for facility needs.
• Perform building maintenance including lighting, electrical and plumbing.
