Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to provide top-level mechanical support for our Distribution Center's systems. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex problems, and executing repairs on material handling equipment while training junior technicians.

The ideal candidate will have extensive mechanical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer benefits including health insurance, a quarterly bonus, and a casual dress code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience in automated distribution centers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and perform complex repairs.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventative maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Diagnose root causes of complex equipment problems.
• Perform emergency repairs on complex equipment.
• Train level-2 technicians and apprentices.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
• Coordinate support activities with third-party vendors.
