Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Distribution Center Maintenance to lead critical projects and ensure the reliability of facility and material handling systems across our distribution network. You will drive budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Facility Services and DC Operations teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management experience.
• 5-10 years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Background in material handling systems.
• Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Project management of replacements to critical operations equipment.
• Ensure facility systems integrity.
• Design and implement material handling systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize investments across the network.
• Capital financial management.
• Provide operational engineering support across the network.
• Prepare subject specific budgets.
• Control expenditures.
• Oversee adherence to policies and procedures with Facility Services and DC Operations Teams.
• Promote safety, security awareness, and compliance among associates.
