Job summary

CVS Health Distribution Centers are seeking a DC HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental programs within the facility. You will partner with the DC Director and site leaders to foster a safety-first culture, proactively prevent injuries, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

This onsite, full-time role requires strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigation, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in safety, EH&S, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HSE programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Champion safety culture and drive injury prevention.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with Corporate HSE and site leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
