Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee facility equipment, and manage system-wide maintenance. You will coordinate with DC leadership, set priorities, and direct repairs to minimize downtime across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong preventive maintenance knowledge, proven leadership and communication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

• Maintain CMMS and CAPEX processes.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance team.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
