Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a DC Logistics Operations Specialist to manage SAP-based shipping and receiving activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will process orders, postings, and inventory movements while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Carriers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate records.

The role requires 2–3+ years of SAP experience in logistics, strong attention to detail, and collaboration across teams.

• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping and receiving, and post related postings.
• Run SAP transactions for shipping, receiving, and order management.
• Coordinate schedules with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Transportation, and external carriers.
• Prepare bills of lading and shipment paperwork.
• Support truck planning, load sequencing, and shipment coordination.
• Respond to inventory inquiries and assist with customer service tickets.
• Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain precise records; uphold data integrity across systems.
• Manage sample shipments and small parcels (e.g., UPS).
• Assist with additional DC tasks as needed.
