Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with factories, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL providers.

• Serve as liaison between Sales, 3PL, and customers throughout order-to-delivery.
• Manage outbound deliveries from overseas locations to customers.
• Ensure accurate customs documentation and filings.
• Process transactions in SAP: order creation, PO receiving, inventory transactions.
• Monitor logistics providers to achieve high on-time delivery performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Track shipments and reconcile warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with Finance during month-end closing and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels.

SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating and managing the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods. This position works closely with internal teams, factories, brokers, warehouses, 3PL providers, and customers to ensure efficient inventory movement, timely shipments, and smooth logistics operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate inbound shipments with factories, customs brokers, warehouses, and 3PL providers.

Develop and manage outbound shipment plans, develop outbound shipment plans to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.

Coordinate international inbound shipments from factories and suppliers to distribution centers, working closely with factories, customs brokers, warehouses, and 3PL providers.

Serve as a liaison between the internal Sales team, 3PL providers, and customers throughout the order-to-delivery process.

Manage outbound deliveries from overseas locations and distribution centers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Work with factories and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate customs documentation and filings.

Perform timely and accurate transactions in SAP, including, but not limited to, order creation, purchase order (PO) receiving, and inventory transactions.

Manage and monitor logistics service providers to achieve high on-time delivery (OTD) performance and exceptional service levels.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Track shipments and maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment status reports.

Monitor and reconcile warehouse transactions against SAP records to ensure inventory accuracy.

Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts.

Partner with the Finance team on logistics and inventory-related activities during month-end closing and inventory reconciliation.

Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and staff members at all levels of the Company.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or another related field.

Experience

4+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related field.

Previous experience with SAP is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
