Pariveda is seeking a Senior Consultant to collaborate with clients on strategic planning, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives in a hybrid work model in Dallas, TX. You will develop consulting capabilities across industries and lead parts of projects with stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of client-facing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience. Pariveda values learning and collaboration.

We Look For

• 3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience.
• Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.).
• A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods.
• Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Skilled problem solvers with the desire and ability to create and implement innovative solutions.
• Adaptable professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

• Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $105,400 - $115,900 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
