Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT strategy and delivery.
• Proven consultative sales and new client development.
• Established Dallas market network across industries.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level clients.
• Experience managing complex multi-team engagements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and grow new client accounts in Dallas.
• Lead engagements from estimation to delivery, including QA.
• Drive sales through cultivation of client relationships and proposals.
• Mentor and develop leaders on the Dallas team.
• Collaborate across technology and business solution delivery.
