Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Labor Planning Associate to optimize workforce management across our distribution centers in Aurora, IL, and Goodyear, AZ. You will analyze labor needs, build staffing plans, and collaborate with HR and operations to ensure alignment with demand and regulatory requirements.

You will develop labor models in Excel, monitor performance metrics, and present insights to senior leadership while supporting cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in labor planning, workforce management, or similar roles in logistics or distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Familiarity with labor management systems and data visualization tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze labor requirements using forecasts and historical data to determine staffing levels.
• Coordinate with operations to identify peak periods and adjust labor plans accordingly.
• Develop and maintain labor planning models reflecting distribution center needs with advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Monitor labor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Assist in creating staffing schedules that maximize efficiency while complying with regulations.
