Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a User Engagement Professional in Orlando, FL to drive digital adoption across the North America region. You will coordinate policies, guidelines, programs, and standards to support the DC HUB team and Business Areas, partnering with stakeholders to translate feedback into IT demand requirements.

You will monitor progress, prepare leadership updates, improve procedures, and assist in change-release activities for IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital content creation, digital learning, or user engagement.
• Experience supporting Digital (IT) adoption initiatives and transformation programs.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and regions, understanding diverse business needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end initiatives encompassing strategy, technical & non-technical, budget planning, communication, process & policy standardizations, and branding topics.
• Support adoption of new digital tools and technologies across business areas and support Digital Core initiatives by coordinating and/or leading both local and global topics.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase end-user engagement across local communities ensuring that Digital Core HUB North America maintains trust, strong customer advocacy, and consistent value delivery as an enabler for all business functions.
• The candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.
• Identify challenges that can be automated & optimized by leveraging AI tools in the work environment.
• The candidate must be organized, self-driven, self-motivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex.

No two days will look exactly the same. As a User Engagement Professional, you will assist in digital adoption across the North America region by coordinating roll out of policies, guidelines, programs, and standards that support the DC HUB team and the Business Areas function.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand end-user needs, translate feedback into practical IT demand requirements, and ensure digital solutions are being used effectively across the organization.

Your day may include maintaining DC HUB communities, monitoring progress against targets, preparing timely updates for leadership, improving procedures and processes, and supporting change-release activities for new or enhanced IT systems. You will stay connected to ongoing DC projects, initiatives, timelines, technical topics, and solutions in a continuously evolving environment.
