Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Project Manager in Orlando to lead the site Digitalization roadmap from initiation to closure, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will define scope, develop plans, manage budgets, and report progress to senior management, using KPIs to measure success and mitigate risks in a fast-paced energy services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years working in a Logistics Center or similar high volume environment
• Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project execution from initiation to closure.
• Lead and coordinate the work of project team members, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for all stakeholders, providing regular status updates, and facilitating project meetings.
• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the Orion digitalization initiative in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Establish clear success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risk cost, and timing, comparing actual performance against the planned baseline.

What You Bring
