Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator in Bloomingdale, GA. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, ships/receives goods, and contributes to customer service excellence for our diverse product lines.

The position offers hourly pay around $23.50, with a typical shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have up to 3 years of experience and a proven ability to train others while upholding safety standards.

Shift Start Options: 2:30p-11:00p (M-F); $23.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance
• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives
• Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
• Other duties as assigned
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
• A successful Warehouse Associate will possess the following:
• 0-3 years of experience
• Has proven the ability to train others
• Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions
• Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures Product knowledge Problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Computer proficient Strong organization skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction

- Pay Range: - $15.00 - $23.79 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
