Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with PLCs and controls systems.
• 2+ years leadership in a DC or similar.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent.
• 2+ years maintenance of material handling systems with strong statistical analysis.
• Strong safety focus in industrial settings.
• Experience with pallet jacks, high-bay pickers, reach trucks.
• Budget understanding and annual budget build.
• Project management for equipment upgrades, expansions, new builds.
• Flexibility with nights, holidays, some weekends, overtime.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to maintenance staff.
• Lead daily cross-functional meetings with operations.
• Manage site budget and procure parts and services.
• Oversee equipment preventive maintenance, repairs and uptime.
• Administer vendor agreements to meet specifications and budget.
• Identify, hire, develop and manage talent across the DC.
• Coach performance and career development.
• Identify improvements to increase DC efficiency.
• Assist Facilities Manager with staffing and equipment opportunities.
• Contribute to CMMS, safety programs and training.
