Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for the Distribution Center in the United States to lead maintenance and facilities operations, ensuring safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance. You will manage budget, vendor relationships, and a team of maintenance staff.

This role collaborates with the Facility Manager and DC leadership to plan preventive maintenance, upgrades, and space improvements, while aligning with company priorities and total rewards offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PLCs and controls systems knowledge/understanding.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a distribution center environment or similar.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance with strong statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to maintenance staff and direct reports.
• Attend daily cross-functional meetings with operations for clear communication.
• Manage site budget and procure parts, services, and project needs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and uptime in the DC.
• Administer vendor or subcontractor agreements to meet specs, on time and within budget.
• Identify, hire, develop and manage talent with succession planning.
• Support improvements to increase DC efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Assist Facilities Manager with staffing, expertise, and equipment opportunities.
• Develop and implement safety programs and CMMS enhancements.
