Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities – Distribution Engineering Team to lead Facilities operations across North American DCs. You will drive standardized maintenance programs, manage capital budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities include directing DC facilities strategy, overseeing CMMS and asset data integrity, and guiding a distributed team of managers, technicians, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in a distribution/industrial setting.
• 7–10 years of people management across multiple sites.
• 5+ years working with PLCs, controls systems, and automation.
• 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Facilities operations across North American DC network to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
• Lead development and execution of a network-wide facilities and asset management strategy, including building systems and asset lifecycle management.
• Establish and drive standardized maintenance and reliability programs across all distribution centers.
• Own the North America Facilities operating model and drive consistency in processes, training, and vendor management.
• Oversee enterprise CMMS, maintenance planning, asset data integrity, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize operational performance and minimize downtime.
• Lead facilities launches, expansions, retrofits, and major capital projects.
• Own the facilities capital planning process and prioritization of expenditures across the network.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to improve asset performance and reduce costs.
