Job summary

This role is pivotal in managing the budget, facilities maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency. A flexible working schedule is required, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in a distribution center environment or similar.
• 2+ years experience in material handling equipment maintenance.
• Flexible and adaptable with schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and janitorial teams in the distribution center.
• Provide strategic leadership to direct reports.
• Administer vendor agreements to ensure quality services.

Skills

2+ years’ experience in PLCs and control systems

Leadership experience in a distribution center

Strong statistical analysis skills

Experience with powered equipment

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite

Education

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
