Job summary

Nebius is building a leading AI cloud platform and data center ecosystem. We seek a Critical Infrastructure Engineer to ensure uptime and reliability of electrical and mechanical systems at our Minnesota data center, bridging IT and facilities teams while upholding SLAs and internal standards.

You will oversee power distribution, cooling, and provider governance, coordinating with engineers and service partners to keep high-density GPU environments running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center, cloud infrastructure, or critical facilities environments.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, racks, networking, and hardware deployment.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and power systems.
• Exposure to cooling systems, chillers, and liquid cooling in high-density environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and operational readiness of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and reliability standards.
• Review capacity, redundancy, and operational conditions for IT deployments.
• Collaborate with engineers and service providers on changes and risk mitigation.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Translate infrastructure data into clear reports for leadership.
