Audacy DC is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist to drive digital advertising solutions for local and regional clients. The role requires sales savvy, knowledge of SEM/SEO/Display, and the ability to collaborate with a team of Account Executives on tailored campaigns.

The position is on-site in Washington, DC, with a pay range of $50,000 to $52,000 per year. Part-time employment, with benefits eligibility and a focus on meeting client and company objectives.

Competenze

• 2+ years media-related experience selling digital platforms; prior media sales management preferred.
• Familiar with SEM/SEO/Display/Conquest Email/Social/Amazon/Streaming Audio/Podcasts.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; able to create polished sales presentations.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical with strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR check; proof of insurance if using own vehicle.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand Audacy digital product offerings and how to leverage them to meet client objectives (SEM/SEO/Display/Conquest Email/Social/Amazon/Streaming Audio/Podcasts).
• Participate on sales calls with Account Executives.
• Consult clients with Account Executives to tailor solutions; design, implement and execute campaigns.
• Assist in selling; ensure campaigns run, air as ordered, and are paid within 90 days for direct accounts and 120 days for agency accounts.
• Provide feedback to Digital Agency on opportunities to improve product offering and positioning.
• Maintain ongoing consultation with clients regarding campaign performance.
• Educate account executives on digital tools and opportunities.
• Develop innovative solutions to meet clients’ digital marketing needs.
• Be analytical, organized, solution-minded, consultative and customer-centric.
