• Drive profitable growth across the portfolio with focus on Interventional Cardiologists.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists and PCIO Territory Managers.
• Negotiate hospital contracts and ensure adherence to company policies for the team.
• Develop commercial sales strategy aligned with marketing to deliver best-in-class sales execution.
• Plan, forecast, and drive pricing and contracting activities across the region.
