ReaderLink is seeking a Control Room Coordinator to organize and monitor workload within the distribution center and release work to picking areas. You will interact with Warehouse IT and WCS issues, using corporate guidance as needed.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and data analysis skills, with a flexible schedule that may include off shifts or weekends on-site or remotely.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Flexibility to work off shifts and weekends on-site or remotely.
• At least 1 year working with various data systems.

Responsabilidades

• Release workloads to maintain production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production Planner, Managers and Supervisors on production requirements.
• Advise on reassignment of personnel to areas needing resources.
• Manage priorities to maintain customer service levels.
• Review historical data to forecast personnel needs.
• Monitor picking activities and report potential shortfalls.
• Coordinate work schedules with Order Management.
• Communicate potential service level shortfalls to Planner.
• Assign bins and manage supply tracking (labels, tape, first aid, etc.).
