Job summary

Readerlink Distribution Service in Illinois seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and meet production goals while ensuring safe, efficient operations across shipping, receiving, storage and distribution.

You will oversee daily workflows with other managers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee performance reviews and discipline
