Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial matters in federal and state courts, arbitration, and ADR proceedings.
• Manage all phases of litigation: strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and dispute strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams on high-value disputes.
• Engage in direct client contact and develop case strategies from inception to resolution.
