Job summary

Linklaters seeks a talented mid-level associate for its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in Washington, D.C. or New York, with Class of 2022–2024 and a U.S. J.D. plus admission to NY or DC Bar.

You will handle complex commercial litigation, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery and document production, and take or defend depositions. Federal clerkship is preferred; strong writing and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in complex commercial litigation and related duties.
