Ideal candidates have at least three years of substantive experience, excellent academics, and strong writing and advocacy skills. JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage meaningful components of complex commercial litigation from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and strategic case assessments.
• Take and defend depositions, work with experts, and communicate directly with clients.
• Coordinate junior team members and multiple deadlines across active matters.
• Contribute to client presentations, pitches, and broader practice development.
