Legal & General is seeking a Client Manager to lead relationships with a portfolio of DC clients and provide strategic support to Senior Client Directors. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and coordinate meetings with clients, trustees, and advisers.

The role focuses on client retention and proactive management of at-risk relationships, with a pathway to contribute to the continued success of our DC business line.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers, gaining deep understanding of tactical and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Senior Client Directors on strategic accounts, coordinating regular meetings with clients, trustees, and advisers.
• Own client retention activity, proactively managing at-risk relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
