Job summary
Milwaukee Tool is seeking a role focused on optimizing and maintaining DC automation systems, including conveyors, sortation, scanners and ASRS. You will troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers, networks and electrical systems while collaborating with the DC leadership and maintenance teams to improve reliability, throughput and labor cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- PLC/PC programming knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Industrial electrical hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC and 24 VDC.
- Experience with conveyor and sortation technologies beneficial.
- Ability to document DOO, test plans and user guides.
Responsibilities
- Support distribution center automation to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Act as first-level escalation for maintenance teams to troubleshoot hardware or controls software.
- Develop commissioning plans and conduct tests for material handling systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance to design upgrades and system flow improvements.
- Create operation documentation and turnover materials for project phases.
