The Distribution Center Associate role involves warehouse tasks, safety compliance, and interaction with a DC Supervisor. You will contribute to accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining a safe work environment in a fast-paced facility. The position emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• At least 18 years old.
• Comfort working around heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and HazMat rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
