Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking a DC Asset Protection Supervisor to lead a team of up to 40 associates across multi-shift operations, including overnights and weekends.

The role ensures safety of people and assets and oversees truck gate accuracy and yard validations. You will build strong partnerships with DC Operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, and Logistics, use data to mitigate theft and losses, and report on incidents and improvements to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of asset protection, loss prevention, or related field.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Card Access, and Burglar alarms.
• Ability to work a 24/7 schedule including evenings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 40 associates in asset protection.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and security incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee truck gate accuracy, yard audits, and weekend EOM verifications.
• Collaborate with DC Operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, and Logistics and report to leadership.
