Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Asset Protection professional to oversee AP and safety programs across distribution centers. You will lead investigations, drive shrink reduction, safety compliance and data-driven performance tracking with leadership collaboration.

You will manage a team of supervisors and auditors, coordinate with store leadership and DC partners, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting the company’s assets and brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of Asset Protection / Supply Chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform asset protection activities at the assigned location(s).
• Lead investigations into safety, shrink and compliance issues and report findings.
• Directly manage Asset Protection Supervisors and Auditors, including development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance metrics.
