Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing hourly teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS systems is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in distribution or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 20 to 30 hourly associates in daily DC operations.
• Ensure procedures are followed and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and discipline associates.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key metrics.
• Plan staffing to meet production targets.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
