Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Distribution Center Area Manager in Georgia to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of Associates in shipping/receiving, ensuring safety, accuracy, and policy compliance. The role supports our mission to get merchandise to stores reliably.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume DC, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS tools. Shift: Fri-Sun 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., in-office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures for updates and system operation.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Access to all areas of the DC, including mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to lift/move boxes 40 lbs+ and stand for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
