Job summary

Nuveen is seeking a Product Manager, Alternatives to lead the development and launch of DC-focused alternative investment products. You will coordinate with investment, legal, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure competitive positioning and successful go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities include structuring CITs and other vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cross-functional project timelines within the DC channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of defined contribution or alternative investments product development experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end development and launch of investment products for DC or alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end development and launch of alternative investment products for the DC channel, including proprietary strategies and partnerships.
• Develops strategic product plans evaluating CITs and other structures, including implementation, marketing, and sales components.
• Serves as SME on alternative products for DC, engaging with plan sponsors, consultants, and clients for due diligence and client servicing.
• Partners with Retirement Product team and distribution to align on product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market.
