Job summary

RBC is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the development and growth of Alternative investment products in the US, including Emerging Market Debt and Multi-Asset Credit strategies. You will partner with investment teams and distribution to craft go-to-market plans and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of asset management experience
• Deep knowledge of the Alternatives asset class
• Experience across multiple distribution channels and product lifecycle
• Understanding US fund regulation and product approval processes

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Alternative strategies and products
• Act as SME for US vehicle types in Alternatives
• Identify and champion new alternative investment opportunities
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations to push through approvals
• Prepare materials for Funds Boards and New Product Committees
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Distribution, Marketing and IPM
