Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Alternative Investments Product Specialist to support the growth of the alt investments business across the organization and with external sponsors. You will help with onboarding, advisor education, product awareness, and servicing processes.

You will coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other partners to define requirements, track decisions, and implement servicing arrangements, while building strong

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the alternative investments product management team in executing business priorities.
• Coordinate across internal teams and third-party firms to establish new servicing arrangements.
• Partner with stakeholders to address servicing needs and ensure operational requirements are defined and completed.
• Assist with new product onboarding, maintenance, and implementation activities.
• Support ongoing relationship management with third-party sponsors, including meetings and issue resolution.
• Lead recurring reporting processes and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor open items, risks, and milestones; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve advisor and client experience through service/process enhancements.
