Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–7 years hands-on experience administering large-scale Oracle and SQL Server environments.
- Experience with backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong analytics, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure high availability.
- Design and implement scalable database architectures in collaboration with development teams.
- Enforce database security, encryption, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
- Mentor junior DBAs and drive database initiatives across IT.
