Job description

Position: Regional Sales Representative (outside sales)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (commensurate with experience), 401K with company match, Full Benefits, Commission, Car Allowance and Performance Bonus

We are looking for a focused, action-oriented and results-driven Salesperson with a hunter mentality to generate new revenue from new clients. The right person will discover, call and meet potential clients in-person, demonstrating the DBA value proposition and build a relationship with the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Make a significant number of phone calls every week
  • Building a book of business
  • Identify and find new target clients (research)
  • New Business Development working with Logistics and Purchasing Managers
  • Get contact info. and decision-makers
  • Follow-up and follow-through, close and win the business

Qualification/Requirements/Certifications:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Unix-based & GoldMine software applications a plus)

Education/Training/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
