We believe that good ideas surface and rule above all, and that everyone has a unique perspective that needs to be heard. Focus on the biggest problems to have the most impact.
Do you work to live or live to work? If you are the latter, then chances are you care deeply about the contributions you make and your results at work. Move fast, be creative and inspire others in the process.
Laggards need not apply. The average person spends 90,000 hours at work over their lifetime. Why would anyone want to be stuck with a team of nay sayers.
Spend that extra ten minutes in the break room getting to know your teammates. Work is a human experience and deep connections with your teammates will make everyone happier and help mitigate work related stress.
Failing is an essential element of progress. If you aren’t failing then you’re not pushing the limits of what’s possible.
