Qualifications

• Two years' experience in janitorial/custodial work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to keep offices, restrooms, and public areas clean and orderly.
• Strip and wax floors; burnish waxed floors; clean carpeted floors and tile floors.
• Use hand tools and cleaning machinery daily (sweepers, brooms).
• Maintain attendance and meet performance expectations as required.
