Job summary

Miami Youth Academy in Miami is seeking a Youth Care Worker - Days to provide 24-hour safety and supervision for male youth aged 14 to 18. You will monitor behaviors, support youth during sports and recreation, and mentor them as they learn and grow within the program.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 60 college hours) and a Driver’s License. The position offers a rotating schedule with four hours of guaranteed overtime per pay period, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of experience with at-risk youth, or 60 college hours.
• Driver's License required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document behaviors; supervise youth during sports and recreation.
• Mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.
