Einstein Bros. Bagels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll open and close the store, help maintain quality and safety, and coach team members. Flexible schedule and opportunities to grow your career are highlighted in this role.

Starting hourly rate is $14.57 to $21.86, with tips and benefits such as paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Coach team members and provide feedback on performance.
