Job summary

1830-chophouse-grill-bar in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking three dedicated and experienced servers for a daytime shift (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM). Pay is $3.50 per hour plus tips, with a daytime schedule that offers consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Strong menu knowledge, including daily/weekly specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Excellent listening skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our food and beverage menus to enhance their experience and maximize sales.
• Deliver outstanding service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a polished presentation of your section.
• Assist fellow team members to ensure seamless service throughout the restaurant.
• Accurately process customer payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
