Job summary

The Turning Point LLC in Wellington, FL is seeking a Daytime Restaurant Manager to oversee a single shift (7:30am–3pm) and lead the FOH/BOH team with guidance from the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Works effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the restaurant's financial performance for performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on personal time.
