Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, in-school, or in-clinic ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. You will collect data, support families, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.

Qualifications include RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Background checks are required, and travel within the local area may be needed.

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
