Old Scratch Pizza is hiring a Prep Cook for our production kitchen in a daytime role. You will prepare dough, sauces, dressings and other products from scratch, following established recipes to support multiple restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or production kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.
• Understanding of basic food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sauces, dressings, dough, sausage, and other products per recipes.
• Measure, portion, mix, cook, and package ingredients accurately.
• Follow production lists and complete prep within timelines.
• Maintain quality, labeling, dating, and storage standards.
• Receive and organize deliveries and assist with inventory.
