Responsabilidades

• Distribute and document medications accurately for residents according to physician orders and regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and participate in care plans.
• Supervise and care for residents daily according to individual needs and policies.
• Observe, report and record changes in residents’ condition and medication responses.
• Provide assistance in dining room and during activities as needed.
• Complete required paperwork after emergency calls or incidents.
