Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, following the Plan of Care, and monitoring self-administration of medications while reporting changes to supervisors. Maintain care environment and assist with meals as required.

Qualifications

• Annual verification of a negative TB skin test.
• Medical and physical examination clear to work.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and document resident medications accurately per physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and Plan of Care.
• Observe and record residents' self-administration of prescribed medications.
• Report refusals or reactions to supervisor and document in daily log.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and assist in dining as needed.
