Job summary

Chick-fil-A Toledo is seeking an AM Manager who will lead a team during busy restaurant operations, coach and develop teammates, and create exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality, keep the team organized, and make real‑time decisions to hit restaurant goals. Availability 5:30am–2pm; this is a hands‑on leadership role with growth opportunities in a values‑driven culture.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus.

• Availability for early shift is required.
